Valentino Garavani is a fashion designer born on May 11, 1932. He was a young kid when he became interested in fashion for women and men. It was when he was 17 that he moved away to Paris to start his dream in fashion design. He studied at Ecoles des Beaux Arts and at the mean time found a job with jean dresses, where he sketched Jacqueline de Ribes dress ideas. In 1959 he left Paris and went back to live with his lover in Italy. Then he opened a fashion house with help from his father. Valentino was known for his red dresses that were known as "Valentino red" and his icon are roses. He puts roses on some of his work to show the symbol of red Valentino.
