Elsa Bloodstone went from Top 1 character to Top 25 Character in one patch. Her dash which gave her access to crazy damage and constant overshield really hurt her constant uptime and damage. On top of that really broke her ultimate charge rate. So how do you play her now while shes not as active? Well first Elsa has to build her instinct bar. If you are struggling to do so swapping off her might be more effective. However with her stacks up shooting tanks and forcing the tanks to always be concerned about her makes her a very annoying presence. Especially with how active she can be. She is good at peeling and snow balling fights. Think of her as being a jack of all trades master of none. One second she can be a tank buster, the next a diver, the next a poking DPS. Make sure to stay alive to not lose your Instinct. Make sure Smoky Snare is either in their tanks backline, or near your supports where they could get dove from. Depends on the scenario.
