Agua de Horchata

Description

An iconic cold beverage for the summer made with rice and cinammon

Ingridients

A cup of rice, 3 cinnamon sticks, sugar to taste - 1 and 1/2 gallon of Water - Ice to taste -Half of a can of evaporated milk

Procedure

  1. Soak the cup of rice in water one night before
  2. The next day, blend the rice with cinnamon, pass it through the strainer
  3. Mix everything with the water

Preparation

Serve it in a glass with lots of ice. Disfrutalo!
