Stages

Each Stage has 3 Acts, with C being the main objective to the story, and B/A being completed for emblems.

There are 10 stages for sonic, 5 for tails, 5 for gamma, 4 for big, 5 for knuckles and 3 for amy.

Sonic`s gameplay specializes in high speed platforming but now in 3D. Tails gamplay is to race a CPU to the goal. Knuckles gameplay is to find the 3 missing pieces of the master emerald. Amy`s gameplay is cat and mouse, where you avoid the robot named ZERO, and get on the balloon at the end of each stage. Big`s goal is to find froggy by fishing for him. And Gamma`s gameplay is to seek out and destroy all the E-Series robots.

The first stage of the game and the first stage for Sonic, the second for Gamma and the third for Big. A sunny resort with interesting twist and turns.

the player even runs from an orca. Sonic`s Objective is to get to his best friend Tails and rescue him from his plane crash.

Big`s goal is to find his friend froggy, by fishing for him.

Gamma`s objective is to capture froggy and destroy enemies in sight, gaining extra time added to the timer.

Windy Valley

The 2nd stage, this is divided into 3 segments, the opening stage, inside a tornado, and running on the wind.

Sonic`s objective is to get the chaos emerald.

Tail`s objective is to beat sonic to the chaos emerald

Gamma`s objective is to find and destroy E103 Delta

Casinoplolis

The gigantic Casino that houses multiple levels within.

Sonic`s goal is to gather enough rings and deposit them to reach the chaos emerald in the vault. This is his 3rd stage.

Tail`s goal is to race sonic in the sewers to get the chaos emerald. This is his 2nd stage.

Knuckles` goal is to find the 3 pieces of the master emerald.This is his 2nd stage as well.

Ice Cap

The snowy mountains of ice cap. This Stage has 3 sections, the entrance to the mountain, inside it where there is a frozen pond, and a snowboarding segment.This is the fourth, third, and second stage for Sonic, Tails and Big.

Sonic`s goal is to gain another chaos emerald, this color being green

Tail`s goal is to get to the emerald before sonic does, only this time you start on the snowboarding segment.

Big`s goal is to fish for froggy, and one of his upgrades can be found in this stage.

Twinkle Park

The Giant amusement park that has a outer space go kart track, house of mirrors, and a majestic castle. This is the 5th stage for sonic, and the first stage for Big and Amy.

Sonic`s goal is to get to the end of the stage and break open the capsule, freeing the animals.

Amy`s goal is to escape from zero and grab onto the balloon

For Big, he`s just fishing for froggy.

Speed Highway

The bustling highway, where enemies will attempt to stop you at any turn. there are 3 sections. the highway at midnight portion, then for sonic exclusively running down a building at top speed. Then the city at dawn. This is the sixth stage for sonic, the first for knuckles, and the final stage for tails.

Sonic`s mission is to get to the capsule and break it open at city hall.

Tails` final mission is to get to the missile before robotnik does.

Kunckles goal is to find the first three pieces of the master emerald.

Red Mountain

A place being used by Dr. Robotnik as a site for future plans. This is the seventh, third, and fourth stage for Sonic, Knuckles and Gamma. To get to this area, for Sonic, the ancient light which is an upgrade that allows him to use the light speed attack is required. its right next to the entrance to the stage. for Knuckles, a destruction switch is needed, which is located in a cave by Tails workshop. Gamma can just shoot the enemy inside and go in. There are 2 sections, the upper part of the volcano, where contstruction is taking place, and the second part, into the volcano.

Sonic`s goal is to catch up to the Egg Carrier.

Knuckles` goal is to gather the third set of master emerald pieces.

Gamma`s goal here is to find and destroy E104-Epsilon

Sky Deck

Aboard the egg carrier, is the sky deck. Once the egg carrier changed shape, going through this area is the way to get to robotnik.This is the eighth, fourth,and final stage for Sonic, Tails and Knuckles. This stage is the opposite of the latter halfs stage Hot Shelter. The first section is the lower assembly. A cannon shoots Sonic and tails out of a cannon, and they need to had to a certain rocket to destroy the first main cannon, while avoiding cannons destroying the bridges and ladders. The Second section is aboard the exterior of the ship,the upper airfoil with night and day changing at a rapid pace. the final section is inside the ship the storage bay, controlling the hull to allow the altitude to be manipulated in a positive favor.

Sonic has to break open the capsule at the center of the storage bay.

Tails needs to beat sonic to the capsule at the lower assembly.

Knuckles has to find the final set of the master emerald pieces.

Hot Shelter

The second interior level for the Egg Carrier. both this and the Sky Deck show just how massive in size this ship is. This is the second, and the final stages for Amy, Big, and Gamma. the first section is the aquarium, where big will be fishing, Amy to keep moving, and for gamma to hunt down the next E-series robot. the next section is the interior, then the transit system.

Gamma`s goal is to get to e105 Zeta and destroy him.

Amy`s goal is to get to the balloon in the interior.

Big`s goal is to fish for froggy in the aquarium.

Lost World

The temple in the center of the jungle, this stage is the ninth one for sonic, and the fourth one for knuckles. it has three sections. The first is a passageway with flaming traps and spiked floors leading to a room that gets filled with water. Three keys must be activated to open the door to the next area. The next area is a dark room that must be lit up with mirrors that reflect light onto other mirrors. Then there are water slides with a boulder running segment. The final section is a room with panels that when lit up, can allow the player to run along the walls to get to the goal.

Sonic`s goal is to get to the center of the temple.

Knuckles goal is to get the fourth set of the master emerald pieces.

Final Egg

The base in the jungle of the Mystic Ruins. This is Sonic and Amy`s final stage, Gamma`s first stage.

Sonic needs to get to the goal ring.

Amy needs to avoid Zero and grab the balloon

Gamma needs to destroy the Sonic doll.
