Shiek - Speed over everything

Shiek is the definition of fast. All of her moves come out quicker than most of the cast. This allows her to beat out a lot of atttacks and string together attacks of her own. This gives her lots of freedom with her neutral, combo game, and pressure. Due to her quick speed she has almost no kill power, so it can be difficult to work around.
