How do I place an order?
To place an order, please click on the link to purchase the snapback. Please confirm that you have clicked the correct button for the correct snapback. A Paypal page will pop up. Please use this Paypal page to purchase the item. If you would like to purchase an item but do not see it on the website, it may still be in stock. Please email us at SnapsOnFire@gmail.com
I don't see the snapback on your website?
If you would like to purchase an Item but do not see it on the website, it may still be in stock. Please email us at SnapsOnFire@gmail.com you will be sent a paypal invoice to purchase the snapback.
How do I know my order has shipped ?
When your order has shipped, you will receive an email from us detailing your order purchase and the tracking number for your order. You can track this order through USPS.com. Your package will be sent signature delivery confirmation. This means that someone must sign for your package.
I missed my delivery. What should I do ?
If you missed you delivery, you will most likely have to pick it up from the local post office. The post office will attempt to deliver your item for 3 days. If they are unsuccessful in obtaining a signature, they will hold the package for 15 days. After that, the package will be returned to the sender.
Do you ship internationally?
No. At this time we do not ship internationally.
How long does it take for my order to arrive ?
Please remember that your order is custom hand made especially for you. Thee hats do take time to order, ship and create. Please allow 7-10 business days maximum for you to receive your order. You can email us to find out the status of your order at anytime. We are happy to help.
Does SnapsOnFire stitch words on hats?
We currently do not stitch words or names, or logos on hats. We only work with already existing snapbacks. We do work on blank snapbacks as well please email for pricing on blank snapbacks.
Are your snapbacks authentic?
Our snapbacks are 100% authentic snapbacks from Mitchell n Ness, New Era, Reebok, and Adidas. All snapbacks come with all original tags, stickers and pricing labels.
Can I make changes to my order?
Yes. After your order has been made you can change the order you have made. You can also change the rear strap color or the fabric color as well. This change must be made, and email sent at the time of purchase.
Will this snapback fit me? I have a small/large head ?
These snapbacks are not made by SnapsOnFire.com. They are made by the companies stated above. Please be sure that you have fit a Mitchell n Ness, or New Era snapback before. Some New Era snapbacks have a larger fit, and Mitchell n Ness is a bit more snug. Persons with smaller sized heads are recommended to purchase Mitchell n Ness, and people with larger size heads are recommended to purchase New Era.
Can you customize fitted hats ?
Yes. We can customize fitted caps. Although you will not have a rear strap. The rear of the snapback will remain closed.
