Facts about Anxiety

1. According to Nami.org over 19%, or 40 million, americans have an anxiety disorder

2. Symptoms of an anxiety attack include both physical and emotional symptoms, such as

- A feeling of impending doom, feeling tense, jittery, and/or dread. Those aren't the only symptoms, but they're some of the most common ones.

3. Anxiety can be treated with either Therapy or Medicine, or both.

How This website works

Tips n Tricks will list a number of ways to combat and manage both an anxiety or Panic attack, and anxiety itself.

Calming Pictures will display comforting pictures of pets, landscapes, and generally calming photos to help you relax.

Panic Room is the place to go to if you are currently having a panic attack.
