Dance

We have a dance studio. Dance has been shown to improve flexibility. Dancing even helps with stress. We incoperate all types of dance styles for clients with different backgrounds.
Meditation

Before we begin each sessions, we start off with meditation. Meditation makes the body more competent to relax. When clients are in our program we want them to be calmed and relaxed. Meditation allows those racing and negative thoughts to subside.
Summer Retreats

We offer two retreats in the summer, one in June and one in August. Clients go away for five days.Traveling is a great way to visit other places. Clents and staff stay in a cabin. We relax, eat, go sightseeing. Enjoying Life Again pays for travel expenses. We only ask that clients bring money for food and if they plan on shopping. Traveling is a great way to broaden our perspectives and enhances knowledge. Many of our past clients enjoy the retreats every year.

- Clients in of food stamps, jobs, and want to attend college; our case managers are able to assist them.

Workshops
The last two hours, we provide workshops everyday(except Saturdays). These workshops include financial literacy, time managemnet, and resources. Clients that have mental illness tend to lack certain ways to obatin resources such as employment or manage money well.
Case Managers
Each clients are assigned a case manager.
