how to detect:
- A call telling you that you have suspicious activities

- A call asking you for confidential information

|
- A person that come to your door and does not have an ID
|
|
- Be aware of pop up screen and unfamiliar E-mails
|

how to protect
- If you do not recognize the person who come to your house, the best idea is to call your help desk.
|
|
- While you are online you see that your mouse and screen are acting unusual log off your Internet connection and turn your computer off.
|
|
- Never provide any private information because ISP should have your information already.
|
|
- Do not send password and credit card number, Social Security Number and so on.
