DAILY EXERCISE ROUTINES    

 

Physical inactivity is one of the reason for obesity. A new survey the NPD group, a leading market research firm based in Rosemont, Ill., shows that about 62% of adults are overweight or obese, a percentage that has been virtually the same since 2001. What this means is that society is in a rapid way becoming an ever bigger society of expanding waistlines. So what is the cure for the obesity blues?  Fitness experts and doctors will tell you, part of it has to do with your diet, but most would agree the combination of a proper diet and adequate exercise is the key to keeping those unwanted pounds off.
