Our main purpose is to globally influence lives of young African Americans in a positive way. The primary goal is to remind us of the rich heritage we have inherited and teaches us that if we carry within ourselves the journey of our people, it wll remind us that we are evidence of the success of that journey. Many people believe that with affirmative action, African Americans don’t have to work hard and that they are chosen for positions to make an organization look more diverse.
