Current Goals

Technology Independence

Currently, Acers Esports relied on limited gaming equipment due to having low revenue and lack of financial backup. This has become a great risk to us so we have decided that the members enter tournaments and obtain the prize money and deliver the money to a safe location for business purposes.

Tournament Participation

Creating a gaming competition between each of thedorms will fulfill our mission of creating programs that encourage students toleave their dorms and play games with other students on-campus, building community bonds in each of the dorms. The interdorm competition will helpraise our active membership as well as increase awareness across campus.

Merchandising and Branding

We aim to establish a brand for ourselves that gamers can easily recognize as Acers Esports. A big aspect of establishing our brand is merchandise; being able to sell merchandise can help us to achieve this sort of recognition. This helps us work toward total gamer awareness in different communities.

Qualifications

Qualifications of the Executive Board of Acers Esports must be currently registered full-time gamers of the Bronx Borough who are talented within games that are connected or have become an esports game.
