1 head garlic, peeled 2 medium onions, peeled 1 red bell pepper, stemmed and seeded 2 green bell peppers, stemmed and seeded 1 bunch cilantro leaves
1 bunch of culantro
- About 15/20 pieces of ajies dulces, stemmed and seeded (this pepper tends to be hard to find. If you are unable to find its fine)
1 tablespoon of vegatable oil 1/3 cup of Sofrito 1 pack of sazon Spoon of chopped pimientos 1 cube of chicken bouillon 1/3 cup of tomato paste Salt and adobo to taste 1 can of pigeon peas 2 cups of water 2 cups of rice
1 tablespoon of vegatable oil 5 pieces of chicken thighs or chicken breast 1/2 cup of sofrito Handful of cliantro 1 packet of sazon
Salt and adobo to taste 2 cubes of chicken bouillon 2 carrots chopped and peeled
5 potatoes chopped and peeled 4 oz of angel hair spaghetti 10 mini corn on the cob
Directions: Chop the ingredients small enough sizes to fit into a food processor or blender. Blend all ingredients well so the finished sofrito is finely processed. Once blended, your sofrito is ready for immediate use. Store the sofrito in a glass container.
Directions: Add vegetable oil to your pot at a medium to high heat. After about 2 minutes add in your sofrito, tomato paste, salon, chopped pimientos, and chicken bouillon cube. Cook and stir for about 3/4 minutes. Then add your 2 cups of water and bring to a boil. Once boiling add your pigeon peas and wait again for boil.
Once boiled you can add your rice. Do not stir and wait about 15 minutes for your water to evaporate.
Once your water has evaporated you are going to bring your heat to low and cover your rice. Be sure not to open your lid or stir your rice. Let it cook for about 25 minutes. Once completed fluff your rice and enjoy!
Directions: Add oil to pot on medium heat. Stir in sofrito and salon and stir fry for about 2 minutes.
Season chicken with adobo and add seasoned meat to pot. Its always best if meat was marinated for about 3/4 hours. Even over night.
Add your seasoned chicken to pot.
Add water and chicken bouillon cube
Add clinantro, corn and carrots and bring to a boil
Cook for about 30 minutes
Add potatoes and spaghetti 15 minutes prior to soup finishing

Chicken breasts 1/4 cup of olive oil 1 pack of sazon
1/4 cup of vinegar 1 whole lemon squeezed 4/5 pieces of chopped garlic 1/4 tablespoon of sofrito Spoon of oregano Salt and peeper to taste Red peppers Green pepper Spanish onion
1 1/2 pounds sirloin steak, cut into half-inch strips 1 tablespoon paprika 2 garlic cloves, crushed 2 tablespoons olive oil 1 cup sliced onions 1 green bell pepper, sliced 1 red bell pepper, sliced 2 large tomatoes, diced 1 cup beef broth 1/4 cup water 2 tablespoons cornstarch 2 tablespoons soy sauce 3 cups hot cooked rice
Directions: Cook your elbow pasta and bring to a boil. Once boiled set aside to cool off.
Cook your seasoned chicken breast in a pan with vegetable oil. (Season your meat however you like I like to use adobo and 1 tablespoon of sofrito) add about 1/4 cup of water, cover pot and let chicken cook.
Once your chicken is complete set aside to cool off. Chop all peppers, tomato and onion into tiny cubes. Once your chicken and pasta are cooled off you can start adding your chopped peppers, onions and tomatos to a bowl.
Add mayonnaise and adobo to taste.
Directions: Season your meat with all ingredients and add to a skillet on medium for 30 minutes covered with a lid. Do not remove lid until after 30 minutes. After 30 minutes your chicken should be completed. Enjoy with a nice side of rice!
Directions: Season steak with paprika and rest at room temperature while preparing remaining ingredients. Sautee crushed garlic and steak over medium heat until steak is just browned. Careful not to burn the garlic. Add sliced onions and bell peppers. Continue to cook until vegetables are wilted. Add diced tomatoes and beef broth. Cover, and simmer for about 45 minutes. Combine water, cornstarch, and soy sauce. Stir into steak and cook until thickened. Serve over freshly cooked rice.
