Derek Jeter

Derek Jeter is one of the Yankees short stops who began his career with the Yankees on May 29,1995. He was a former shortstop for the new York Yankees who played 20 seasons with Yankees. He is a five time world series champion and was very successful during the late 1990's and early 2000's. Derek Jeter has accomplished so much with as a baseball player with the Yankees.
Babe Ruth

Babe Ruth started with the Yankees in 1920s. He was the Yankees outfielder.He has held outstanding records with 714 home runs, 2213 R.B.Is and 2062 bases on balls. Babe Ruth is considered to be one of America's baseball superhero and is also considered to be the greatest baseball player of all time. Babe Ruth was indicted by the National Baseball Hall of Fame in 1936. Babe Ruth died at the age of 53 on August 16, 1948.
Alex Rodriguez

Alex Rodriquez which is nickname is A-Rod is a baseball infielder and Yankees best batter on the team. He made his M.L.B debut in 1994 with the Seattle Mariners between 1994 until 2000.He was then picked up by the Texas Rangers in 2001 until 2003. Texas Rangers got rid of A-Rod due to his expensive contract.Then in 2004 Texas traded Alex Rodriquez to the New York Yankees in 2004 until now. He was banned to play the 2014 season due to a steriod scandal that he was involved in.
Jorge Posada

Jorge Posada made his debut with the Yankees on September 4,1995. He is Puerto Rican and has had 17 seasons with the Yankees and retired on September 29, 2011. He has made good numbers as a offensive position. He has had 275 home runs, a .273 batting average and 1,065 RBIs. He has won five silver star awards and was on the roster during the world series championships won by the Yankees.
