The parts of the Guitar

The Guitar is composed of important elements that produce the sound such as the sound hole, the body, strings and the frets.

Other components like the tuning pegs, the headstock, the nut and the bridge, controls the pitch of the waves or the vibrations produced by strumming the guitar, making the chords it sound different.

Basic Chords

These are the basic chords that the beginners should learn. A Major, C major, D major, F major, G major, Am (a-minor), Em (e-minor), E7 (e-the seventh). Don't worry about the minors and the sevenths and other types of chords, for now try to learn these and you will be all set to compose your first song.
