Reviews

You know the drill already, this is the meat and bones of the site!

As you've clicked on here, I can tell what you want the most! The reviews of any the of the games I've thorougly played and went through plus researched! Luckily for you I've gone through a couple of very recent releases both mainstream and a bit smaller, so I hope you appreciate what I've got to show you! Enjoy reading it all!

Black Ops 7

This game, is probably some of the worst I've probably played in a while, I've tried to really enjoy this with its already steep price but it just doesn't work out no matter what. The story is an absolute mess that ruins the franchise's already mess story, the multiplayer only seems to just copy and paste from the last installment, and the zombies gamemode is definitely something that I hope gets improved on as time goes on.
This is not a game you'd wanna buy, even if it's on sale for 80% off until it finally fixes all of its major errors. 2/5.

Yakuza 0 Definitive Cut

This game is honestly a classic for me, the original Yakuza 0 came out years ago, but they recently decided to recreate and even added cut scenes that were meant to be within the game! They added a few new gamemodes as well, but honestly they're pretty much a hit or miss if you're not a fan of the series. My gripe with the game is that despite it being a remaster of a slightly recent game, they're already preparing to de-enlist the old version of it, which is absolutely stupid. I think if you want to play this game, play the original, I'll even link when you head over to the purchasing part of my site! Definitely play this game, but just play the old one, it's much cheaper! 3/5.

Hollow Knight: Silksong

I think this game is an absolute masterpiece, with definite rough edges but I feel it might be a skill issue on my part. From what I've understood, this game was under development for about 7 years, and I can definitely see why, its art and music design are absolutely radiant. I think the direction is breathtaking and the gameplay is definitely just an enhanced version of the first game. However, I think its difficulty and the way it pretty much kicks you down is quite annoying, especially for newer players or someone who doesn't have the same experience as others. The price range is pretty nice! And I appreciate what the game has to offer, give it a try! 4/5.

Doom: The Dark Ages

I may be a bit bias, but I absolutely love this game with a humongous passion! I've always been a fan of the Doom games, whether its the classic simple arcade like shooters, or the reboots with all of its high action and questionably yet cool gore. The story is entertaining, and I will always be a huge fan of the multitude of weapons that the game provides. Whether it be the long range rocket launchers to deal with enemies from afar, or the short ranged super shotgun to handle anything within your sight, you'll always find your fun with slaughtering the hordes of enemies! It's a game that's easy to pick up and slightly hard to master, but I'll love it no matter what, and I think everyone should definitely give this game a try! 5/5.

Balatro

This is the final game within my reviews, and what I'd like to consider the most addicting one, but its like a good type of addiction, it sounds crazy but let me explain. Imagine playing Poker but you have several super powers and everytime you lose, you can change your deck entirely to get even stronger and better results. That, is Balatro, and it is absolutely satisfying to play! It's cost is extremely cheap and it can be played on any device, plus despite be saying its gambling, its a one and done type of purchase. So once you buy it, there's never any incentive to buy anything else the game may include, no pay to win features, no cheap ads or buying strats, all you need is a good hand, a great build, and a whole lot of luck. Give this game a try if you feel like hitting a casino but you don't have the money to beat the house! 5/5.
