Arroz con leche
- 3 cups of evaporated milk 4 cinnamon sticks, half a cup of raisins, 2 tablespoons of butter, 1 tea spoon of nutmeg, half a cup of rice, 1 cup of sugar
Directions pour 4 cups of water, cinnamon sticks and boil it. When reaching boiling point add rice. Let it sit for about 30 minutes. Next, turn down the heat to medium point. Add the 3 coups of evaporated milk, nutmeg and sugar. Next let the mixtures turn soft and the raisins. After that your are pretty much done just poor the mixtures into small bowls. Let cool down a bit and enjoy=)
Flan 
5 egg yolks 1 cup of evaporated milk, one hit of vanilla, and one cup condensed milk, half a cup of sugar and half a cup of water.
Directions pour water and sugar into a pot until you get a think maple syrup type of look at boiling point. Next pour and spread into a hot pan. Next mix the egg yolks, condensed milk, and evaporated milk. Stir with vanilla and pour into a baking pan. Bake in hot water until the edges are loose. Finally cut out into little pieces and refrigerate.
