Sancocho-snacocho

chopped parsley, cilantro, oregano, 2 chopped garlic, 2 teaspoons of vinegar, 2 ounces of sour orange, 3 split cobs of corn, 3 diced plantains, one hint of salt and pepper, 1 cut batata, 1 cut yucca, sliced large onion, and a cup of blended pumpkin, 2lbs of beef, half a pound of goat meat, 1lbs of chopped chicken, half a pound of pork chop, 4 table spoon of oil.

 

Directions: let meat, celery, and garlic vinegar, salt marinate overnight. 1st heat up oil in a hot large oven. Later drain the meat and re marinate them while adding them to the pot. Let met blown on both sides. Later on ad 1 gallon of water into the pot and let it boils. Next add plantains corn cobs batata yucca to the pot and let simmer for 20 minutes. Later add the remaining ingredients, stir regularly to avoid sticking. Now let cook for 1-2 hours. Finally serve with rice an enjoy!

 

Camarones Al Ajillo-ajillo

lb of cooked pelled shrimps, 2 tlbs of oil, chopped cilantro, 8 pieces of mashed garlic.

Directions- cook garlic until it turns golden, next add the table spoon of oil, the chopped cilantro and -shrimps onto the pot. next add a half cup of water and cook for 6-9 minutes.finally when donde serve with fried plantains or rice
