Swim Steps 

The following are more detailed steps to you start swimming and gain confindence in the water.

Start in the shallow end 
Get in the water and walk around the shallow end. Progress to deeper water once you feel ready and are confortable enough, getting wet up to your armpits or shoulders,trying to flow a couple times can help getting confortable in the water. Dont expect yourself to accomplish everthing the same day it make take few tries.  
Googles 
Having swimming googles are a big advantange when learing how to swim because it does not let water get in your eyes.
Swim Lessons 
 It’s recommended that you take lessons from someone with experience. That way, you’ll learn proper stroke technique from the beginning. You’ll also avoid developing bad habits.
