WIDE GRIP PULL UPS.

Wide grip pull ups have a lot of benefits. Not only does it help build the biceps, but help the triceps, chest and forearms as well. The best motion to do this is in a steady motion making sure you go all the way down for the full effect.

  1. Look up towards the bar, and slowly pull yourself up until you chin is over the bar.
  2. Slowly lower yourself back to the starting position.

A well balanced workout is the best kind of workout. Cardio is always good for you because it makes your heart pump and your blood flow. Any type of cardio is a great thing to do before any workout not only because of those two factors but it can help you prevent injuries as well.

Some benefits of the dumbbells are that it they give you more absolute strength, and endurance. Here Nick is doing 5 sets of 20 while making sure he keeps his breathing techniques on track. Dumbbells not only help you have more control of your body but strengthen joints, bones, tendons, ligaments, and its associated connective tissues.
