Taita is highly perfumed, with ample aromas of ripe red and black berries, jam, and sweet spices. The aromas of the oak barrels are very well integrated and lend notes of toffee and nutmeg with a well-balanced touch of toast. Notes of yogurt reinforce the sweet spices.The palate is very well structured, with firm, nicely incorporated tannins that lend long-lingering breadth and support on palate..

Variety: 85% Cabernet Sauvignon
Ageing:

24 months in a French oak barrels.
Pairing:

LAMB Lamp,

RED MEAT Red Meat,

Purple Angel

Elegant on the nose, with aromas of ripe red and black berries over a background of sweet notes. Being stored in French oak barrels adds aromas of dark chocolate, coffee which go with the typical fruity aromas of this variety. Well structured on the palate, with smooth and full tannins.

92% Carmenère, 8% Petit Verdot
Ageing:

18 months in new French oak barrels

A very elegant nose offers aromas of blueberries and blackcurrants with light notes of chocolate and subtle toast. Robust and well balanced on the palate with smooth tannins and a long and pleasing finish.

alphaThe nose is perfumed and complex with outstanding aromas of ripe red and black fruits over subtle notes of crème de cassis, tobacco, and leather. Spice aromas of red and black pepper mingle with cinnamon and dark chocolate notes. In palate is smooth but structured, with silky tannins

 

Variety: Cabernet Sauvignon 90%, Merlot 10%
Ageing:

55% of the wine was aged in French oak barrels (1st, 2nd, and 3rd use) for 12 months.
