Burn fat through cardio workouts. If you need to lose 20 lbs or more, include at least 30 minutes of cardio each day. We have several equipment choices for your workout.

 

Personal Training

Personal Training

Our certified personal trainers work with you one on one to help you obtain your fitness goals. Our personal trainers keep you motivated and push you farther than you would pushyourself. When you feel like you cannot do one more rep, they tell you that you can. Personal training has many benefits.

Common Exercises

The following are common exercises that we encourage our clients to do as part of their daily exercise routine

Butterfly Sit-up
Putting your legs in the butterfly position eliminates the option to use the hip flexors, basically forcing good form. It’s also easily modifiable in both directions (to make easier or harder) so it’s perfect for all ages and genders.
Leg Raise
This exercise hits the lower abdominal area and is also a great exercise to strengthen and lengthen the hip flexors, which play a vital role in core stability and strength. Its going to help with your hip mobility which will help with all different areas of your fitness journey, not just strengthening your abs.
High Boat to Low Boat
This exercise strengthens the hip flexors, erector spinae (which runs up and down both sides of the spine) and the rectus abdominis. It is always a challenge, and that is what keeps me interested and engaged.
