About Us

Background

Our restaurant started as an little cafeteria inheritated by our grandparents, Christian and Sofia Vasquez. As their grandchildren, me and my sister Joana become owners of the cafeteria after our grandparents passed away. Three years after we were in charge of the cafeteria, Joana thought that we should "improve" the cafeteria to something bigger. That's how the idea of change our gradparents cafeteria to a restaurant.

Jonathan & Joana

Jonathan Michael Vasquez. Age:29. Jonathan is a Californian chef who participated on the TV show Master Chef. He has 7 years of experience and people tag him a professional chef who speciallize on seafood. Jonathan was coached by the legendary master chef Gordon Ramsey in Hell s Kitchen.

Joana Michelle Vasquez. Age:26. Joana is born in California at the same hospital were her mother gave bird to her bug brother. She has 4 for years working as a chef which speciallyze in desserts and some traditional dishes from other cultures. Joana enjoy to travel around the world to gain more experience and get more ideas for her recipies.
