Founded in 2001, our mission is to be the cause for the improvement of our community on their paths for a better and prosperous future.
Not knowing the official language of a country can interfere with getting a College Degree, Economic Development and Integrity as well. This is why communicating in the spoken language of a country is so important. For this reason we try to give our best to our community with this opportunity, as well as serving them in their path to become a citizen so that they can be able to have a voice in the political system of this country. In addition, they will also be able to gain computer skills for their academic development.

 

 

The initial goal of BLC was to encourage our general education and culture, as well as to increase knowledge, understanding and friendly relations among our students, forming its intellectual and spiritual insight through a comprehensive program of culture, civics and morale.
