Strawberry Crepes
Ingredients:
- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 2 large eggs
- 1 cup milk
- 2 tbsp sugar
- tsp vanilla extract
- Fresh strawberries
Instructions:
- In a bowl, whisk together flour, eggs, milk, sugar, and vanilla until smooth.
- Heat a non-stick skillet over medium heat and lightly grease with butter.
- Pour a small amount of batter into the skillet and swirl to coat the bottom.
- Cook for 1-2 minutes, then flip and cook for another 30 seconds.
- Remove and place on a plate. Fill with fresh strawberries and whipped cream if desired.
- Serve and enjoy!
