    Ingredients

  • 1 egg
  • 1/3 cup of baby spinach
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 medium whole wheat tortilla

    Preparation

  1. wash the spinach leaves and drain well.
  2. Break the egg in a bowl, add salt and pepper to taste and scramble well. 3- add the spinach and mix well

  4. In a nonstick skillet over medium heat, cook the mixture, stirring from time to time, until it is finished as desired.
  5. -if you like before wrapping the egg in the tortilla you can heat it a little in a pan.
