Banana muffins bread

    Ingredients

  • 1/4 cup plain old-fashioned oats
  • 1/2 cup low fat milk
  • 2 tbsp syrup or any calorie-free sweetener of your choice.
  • 1 Tsp Cinnabon powder
  • Greek or vegan yogurt (optional)
  • 1/2 tspVanilla extract (optional)
  • Any fruit you like

    Preparation

  1. in the container you choose add the oats
  2. Greek or vegan yogurt and vanilla extract. (If using those ingredients)
  3. add the sweetener of choice and the milk.
  4. mix well all the ingredients
  5. cover the container and chill in the fridge for at least 2 hours or overnight
  6. cut the fruit in pieces and use it on top.
