Apple muffins

    Ingredients

  • 5 apples
  • 280 grams of whole wheat flour or oat flour
  • 100 grams of sugar or 50 grams of any calorie-free sweetener of your choice
  • 2 Tbsp of cinnamon powder.

    Preparation

  1. Preheat the oven to 180ºC.
  2. Wash, remove the skin and cut the apples into small cubes.
  3. In the mixer, start by adding the two pieces of egg and beat perfectly well until they double their volume.
  4. add sugar, cinnamon
  5. pass the flour through a sieve and add to the mixture
  6. -mix well in mixer until lump-free
  7. Finally add the apple and mix again until you get a smooth mixture.
  8. use non-stick spray or disposable paper indicated for muffins. Pour the previous mixture to ¾ of the capacity of the containers.
  9. Bake at 180°C for 30 minutes. When they are ready, carefully remove them from the oven and let cool and remove them from the mold.
