
Apple muffins
- 5 apples
- 280 grams of whole wheat flour or oat flour
- 100 grams of sugar or 50 grams of any calorie-free sweetener of your choice
- 2 Tbsp of cinnamon powder.
Ingredients
- Preheat the oven to 180ºC.
- Wash, remove the skin and cut the apples into small cubes.
- In the mixer, start by adding the two pieces of egg and beat perfectly well until they double their volume.

- pass the flour through a sieve and add to the mixture
- -mix well in mixer until lump-free
- Finally add the apple and mix again until you get a smooth mixture.
- use non-stick spray or disposable paper indicated for muffins. Pour the previous mixture to ¾ of the capacity of the containers.
- Bake at 180°C for 30 minutes. When they are ready, carefully remove them from the oven and let cool and remove them from the mold.
