Orange cake

    Ingredients

  • 1 orange (squeeze it and keep the juice)
  • 4 egg whites
  • 1/2 cup sugar or 1/4 of any calorie-free sweetener of your choice.
  • 1/3 cup honey or any similar syrup sugar low.
  • 1 1/2 cup cornstarch

    Preparation

  1. Mix the cornstarch with the sugar and the Orange juice.
  2. Shake the egg, add to the mixture and continue beating until the mixture be homogeneous.
  3. spray some non-stick spray and use non-stick paper on the pan you are going to use
  4. Bake for 40 minutes at 180°C until the center is dry
  5. After making sure that it is well cooked, let the cake cool and remove it from the mold. you can decorate if you like
