
Orange cake
- 1 orange (squeeze it and keep the juice)
- 4 egg whites
- 1/2 cup sugar or 1/4 of any calorie-free sweetener of your choice.
- 1/3 cup honey or any similar syrup sugar low.
- 1 1/2 cup cornstarch
Ingredients
- Mix the cornstarch with the sugar and the Orange juice.
- Shake the egg, add to the mixture and continue beating until the mixture be homogeneous.
- spray some non-stick spray and use non-stick paper on the pan you are going to use
- Bake for 40 minutes at 180°C until the center is dry
- After making sure that it is well cooked, let the cake cool and remove it from the mold. you can decorate if you like
