
High protein salad
- 1 cup of Romain lettuce (cut into small pieces)
- 1/5 Cucumber (sliced)
- Onion to taste (cut into small strips)
- grated carrot to taste
- 1/5 avocado (sliced)
- 1 hard boiled egg
- 1/2 in water tuna can
- 1 lemon
Ingredients
- wash your vegetables and drain the water. served on a plate.
- mix the lettuce, the carrot and the cucumber in a container.
- serve in a plate with the avocado.
- -in a pan over medium heat for about 5 minutes then cook the tuna if you like. you can squeeze half a lemon and mix well.
- serve the tuna and remove the shell from the egg and cut in half. You can sprinkle a little salt and pepper if you like.
- use the other half of the lemon as dressing for the salad.
