High protein salad

    Ingredients

  • 1 cup of Romain lettuce (cut into small pieces)
  • 1/5 Cucumber (sliced)
  • Onion to taste (cut into small strips)
  • grated carrot to taste
  • 1/5 avocado (sliced)
  • 1 hard boiled egg
  • 1/2 in water tuna can
  • 1 lemon

    Preparation

  1. wash your vegetables and drain the water. served on a plate.
  2. mix the lettuce, the carrot and the cucumber in a container.
  3. serve in a plate with the avocado.
  4. -in a pan over medium heat for about 5 minutes then cook the tuna if you like. you can squeeze half a lemon and mix well.
  5. serve the tuna and remove the shell from the egg and cut in half. You can sprinkle a little salt and pepper if you like.
  6. use the other half of the lemon as dressing for the salad.
