
Tuna and lettuce salad
- 1 can of Tuna in water
- 1/2 cucumber
- 1 1/2 cup of Lechuga of the kind you like or watercress
- 5 cherry tomatoes
- 1 lemon
Ingredients
- wash your ingredients with plenty of water.
- cut your cucumber into not very thick slices and then cut each slice in two.
- cut your tomato in two or three pieces and sprinkle a pinch of salt.
- cut the lettuce or watercress in small pieces or as you like.
- sauté the prickly pear for 3 to 5 minutes in a pan over medium heat and squeeze half of the lemon into it.
- in a container put first the lettuce or watercress, the the tomatoes and the cucumber. Add the tuna on top in the center of the salad and squeeze your other half of the lemon all over your salad as a dressing.
