Icerberg salad and turkey

    Ingredients

  • 1 cup iceberg lettuce
  • 1/2 Radicchio or purple lettuce
  • 1/4 sweet corn kernels
  • powder dressing salad (optional)
  • For the turkey

  • 1/2 cup ground Turkey
  • Sal and pepper (to taste)
  • OrĂ©gano (to taste)
  • 1/4 of a medium onion

    Preparation

  1. wash the lettuce with plenty of water and drain the water.
  2. -cut the lettuce into small portions.
  3. serve on a plate and place the corn on top.
  4. you can use the powder dressing salad you chose for your salad and sprinkle as much as you like.
  5. For the turkey

  6. cut the onion into very small pieces.
  7. mix all the ingredients.
