Quinoa vegi mix 

    Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup of quinoa
  • 2 leaves of chives
  • 1/2 cup of Broccoli
  • 1/5 Avocado
  • 1/2 cup of Spinach
  • 1 tsp of any dressing for the spinach (optional)

    Preparation

  1. With the help of a sieve, rinse the quinoa with plenty of water.
  2. put the quinoa in a pot and take it to medium heat, stir constantly and when the water it has begins to evaporate add a cup of water.
  3. -Add salt to taste, move and when it starts to boil, cover the pot and lower the heat a little. the quinoa will be ready in about 10 to 15 minutes.
  4. In a pot with two 1 1/2 cups of tapered broccoli to boil for 10 to 15 minutes or until it has the level of doneness that you like.
  5. -cut the chive leaves into small slices and reserve for when the quinoa is ready.
  6. remove the skin of your avocado and cut it into small squares, sprinkle with a little salt.
  7. When the quinoa is ready, serve a portion on your plate, add the amount of chives that you like. drain broccoli and serve one serving. Serve your spinach with the dressing you chose and place the avocado on top.
