The Warframe community, is very helpful and understanding to newer players.
The community is basically divided in two areas, the ones at the oficial forums of the game and the ones at the wiki of the game.
The forum of the game is managed by the community team in Digital Extremes. Which makes them very connected to the players, and they also listen (read) to the feedback each player gives about every update that has come out as of now.
The wiki of the game, is managed by fans of the game. In the wiki there is everything the players need to know about the game; like the story or lore of the game, the warframes, weapons, enemies, etc.
Warframe also has a vast number of people known as "partners", these people are players that have either been playing since the beta of the game or started after the game was fully released. Warframe partners, alongside the Community team of the game, are the ones that help newer players when they are starting.
There are different types of Warframe partners; they can be informative (helping on how to complete missions or quests, how to equip yourself for the game, etc.), they can be both informative and funny( they do the same as the ones mentioned before, but they do it while making jokes of either the game or just joking around in the game), and then there are the ones that mostly just want people to laugh while giving some advices of how to play.
