Want to make an easy Carrot Cake in less than 40 minutes?

Here is what you will need

4 eggs

1/3 cup of butter

1 1/4 cup of vegatable oil

8 ounces of cream cheese

2 cups of white sugar

4 cups of confectioner sugar

    2 teaspoon of vanilla extract

1 teaspoon of vanilla extract

2 cups of flour

2 teaspoons of baking soda

2 teaspoons of baking powder

1/3 teaspoon of salt

2 teaspoons of cinnamon

3 cups of shredded carrots

Instructions

1. Grease your round pan and preheat your oven to 375 F.
2. In a bowl mix the eggs, oil,sugar, and vanilla. Then, add your flour, baking soda, salt, baking powder, and cinnamon. Once done mixing add in your shredded carrots.
3. Pour your cake mix in your round pan and place in oven.
4. Take your cake out after 30 minutes and let it cool.
5. To make the icing, mixthe butter, cream cheese, confectioners' sugarand vanilla in a bowl until smooth.
6. Once the cake is cooled, you can ice the cake how you may like.
