Want to make a Red Velvet cake in less than 40 minutes?

Here is what you will need.

Ingredients

Icing

2 1/2 cups of flour

1/2 cup of margarine

1 teaspoon of baking soda

8 ounces of cream cheese

1 teaspoon of cocoa

4 cups of confectioners' sugar

1 1/2 cups of granulated sugar

1/2 teaspoon of vanilla

2 eggs

1 cup chopped lightly toasted pecans

1 1/2 teaspoon vinegar

1 ounce of red food coloring

1 teaspoon of vanilla

1 cup of buttermilk

Instructions

1. Grease your 3 round pans and preheat your oven to 350 F.

2. Stir the flour, baking soda, and coco together. Add the sugar and eggs and mix together

3. In a seperate bowl mix the vinegar, food coloring, and vanilla. Then add all the ingredients together in the same bowl.

4. Pour your batter into the 3 different pans. Bake the cakes for 25 minutes.

5. Once your cakes are done, take them out the ovenn and let them cool before starting to frost
