There are many quick fixes and fad diets that claim to be the key to losing fat quickly and efficiently. However, these approaches are often unsustainable and unhealthy. Try considering these simple and effective nutritional tips when attempting to lose fat and keep it off.

A nutritionist is a person who advises others on matters of food and nutrition and their impacts on health. Some people specialize in particular areas, such as sports nutrition, public health, or animal nutrition, among other disciplines. I'm specializing in nutrition for addiction recovery, weight management and public health; I bring a strong, yet approachable scientific foundation to my work with clients. I make it a fun environment where individuals feel that they can be honest and free of judgement is the most important aspect of my work. I know we encounter food all day long, so we might as well learn how to respect our body and be able to laugh at food rather than fear it.

Be Flexible:

What works for one person may not work for the next. When making changes, some people (like me) prefer to go all-in and change everything at the same time. But others prefer the longer, slower approachto it and making small changes, one at a time. Neither approach is better than the other, it's just that people have different personalities and like to approach lifestyle changes differently.
