Hausa Koko

Hausa Koko is a spicy porridge that is made from millet. Spices such as ginger and black pepper are added to give taste and color. The meal is named after the Hausa tribe because the meal was made first by them.
Hausa koko goes well with fried koose which is made of ground black eyed peas.
To make the porridge, you need:
- Hausa Koko flour mix
- Hot water
Kyebom

Kyebom is an egg sandwich made with fried eggs and Ghanaian sugar bread. You add chopped tomatoes, onions, and a little salt into your egg mix before frying it. Then you put your eggs and bread together into a sandwich.
To make the meal, all you need is:
- Two eggs
- Tomatoes, Onions, Salt
- Two Slices of Ghanaian sugar bread
Ghanaian Pancakes

These pancakes are similar to crepes and is a simple breakfast and it is easy to make.
All you need are:
- Eggs
- Flour
- Milk
- Evaporated Milk
- Sugar
